Return Policy

Returns of unused and undamaged ceramics are accepted within 30 days. Please package your piece in the original packaging supplied and send us an email at portalceramicshop@gmail.com so we can best coordinate the return.

Once your item is received we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
